What is coaching?

Working with a coach can help you to clarify your thinking and decide what changes or action you would like to take. In gaining clarity around what you want, coaching can help you to devise a plan to help you work towards your goal. Coaching provides an opportunity for you to understand where you are now and decide how you would like to move forwards.

Whilst supporting you with your chosen focus, my role is not to give you advice, nor to tell you what to do. Instead, we work together to enable you to gain clarity around finding your own way forwards.
