Counselling in York
with Lisa Wilson BACP Registered Counsellor

Are you struggling to make sense of something? Do you feel in a rut and don’t know how to move forward? Perhaps there is a sense of feeling overwhelmed by your difficulties. Or you may not be living the kind of life you would like. Do you have a sense that something needs to change but are not sure where to start?

I work in a collaborative way to help you understand and overcome the barriers that are preventing you from living your life in the way you would like. Every client is unique and as such, my integrative counselling approach enables me to work in ways that suit you as an individual and your specific situation.

I recognise that finding the right counsellor is key to achieving the outcome you would like. Therefore, I offer an initial free telephone consultation up to 20 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and decide if you would like to work together.

I work with a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship difficulties, bereavement, low confidence and work-related issues. Counselling sessions are available in York.
